The objects for which the Company is established are: A. To carry on all or any business of road transportation, carriage, and haulage contractors, owners, and charters of motor vehicles of every description, lighter men, and carriers of goods and passengers by road, rail, cabmen, cartage contractors, and agents. B. To carry on business of travel and tour agency and act as accredited representatives and commissioned agents for national, domestic, tours, and cargo superintendents, and to carry on business of carriers by land and charters of other vehicles, tourism bureau, hotel reservation local and international, booking and ticket offices, hirers, car hire services, tourist agents. C. To carry on the business of real estate, landed property, property managers, property developers, property management, and to employ the services of estate managers and solicitors. To acquire land, buildings, and real estate of any description, including easements and other proprietary rights, and to hold, improve, alter, develop, let, sell, or otherwise dispose of the same. D. To carry on the business of training and development services, report writing, to conduct training to build capacity, IT integration as part of change management, executive recruitment, business training, individual business coaching, and mentoring, conduct training services for any desirable person or persons. E. To carry on the business as marketing consultants, agency services, business consultants, market research consultants, and business transfer agents.
